Sept 2025 Closure announcement:

After 13 years on 95th St in North Seattle, we have made the difficult decision to close our small family brewery at this location. We're deeply grateful for the incredible support from all of our neighbors and friends who helped us turn Lantern Brewing into a true community — a place of connection, belonging, and so many wonderful, shared memories. Our tasting room will be open through early November 2025 and we hope many of you will come by to enjoy a pint with us and stock up on bottled beer.

Posting another closure notice as many folks missed the message (we get it - there’s a lot going on and lots of reasons to not be online!)

We’ve been feeling the love from all of you that have reached out and/or stopped by. Thank you! We are sorry to be forced to close up and leave this neighborhood. Over the years, we’ve poured our hearts into Lantern—crafting truly local, distinctive beers, championing the use of regional malt and building a space where people feel welcome to gather and connect. Thanks to all of you, Lantern became more than just a place—it grew into an incredible community which will be deeply missed!

We’re looking for an another space and exploring ways to reimagine a Lantern 2.0 but it’s still in progress. We don’t have a firm closing date yet but it will likely be between Nov 8-15, depending on our moving logistics. Stay tuned and please come in often over the next few weeks! We’d love to see you and need all of your support!
